Built by Feroz Shah Tughlaq, a legendry Indian monarch, the Feroz Shah Palace or Hissar-e-Firoza (fort of Feroz) is a grand structure with a basement and a mosque which is built of rubble stonework covered with thick lime plaster. The palace is a popular tourist destination today and a large number of tourists frequent this spot throughout the year.
