View from Anjuna Beach, Goa

Featured in this video is Anjuna beach, well known as the freak capital or hippie capital of Goa, a state lying on the west coast of India. Anjuna Beach is known for its serene ambience and it is usually crowded with backpackers especially during Christmas and New Year season.

The beach will be completely washed out during the monsoon season and it regains its pristine glory in a couple of weeks, once the rainy season is over. Located to the north of Anjuna Beach is the flea market, which is frequented by travellers.

Kashmiri handicrafts, clothes from other Indian states, bags and jewels are available at reasonable rates in this place.
