The Lighthouse at Aguada built in European style of architecture is a prominent structure in Goa, the smallest state in India. It offers an impressive and panoramic view of the Arabian Sea and secluded sandy beaches.
The Aguada fort which was constructed in 1612 to guard against the Dutch and the Marathas is visited by a large number of holidaymakers throughout the year. One can get a wonderful view of Candolim beach from this lighthouse.
