Maulana Azad National Urdu University at Hyderabad
Established in 1998, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) functions in the objective to promote and develop the Urdu language, provide higher, technical and vocational education in the Urdu medium and to provide focus on women’s education. The campus is located in 200 acres of land at Gachibowli in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
The University offers postgraduate, graduate, diploma and certificate courses through distance education. The University has adopted the Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed.) course and offered the same through distance mode for in-service teachers of Urdu and those serving in Urdu medium schools.
