Rag Pickers

Yamuna, the largest tributary river of Ganges (Ganga) originates from Yamunotri Glacier, passes through Delhi, the capital city of India. Considered to be the holiest river by the Hindus, Yamuna has various other regional names as well.

The video shown here has rag pickers collecting dust clothes and wastes thrown by the folks in the city. It is a usual scene in the city as people here use this sacred river as their waste bin. Street folks usually search here for dumped wastes.
