Tandoor or a clay oven is an ideal tool for perfect cooking for roasting meat or baking breads. Dishes prepared in Tandoors belong to a different league as it brings a unique flavour into food and bread, which is as earthen as exotic. No wonder today Indian tandoor makers have spread their wings and are doing brisk business exporting tandoors all over the world.
