Story of Rugmangada Charita
King Rugmangada was an ardent devotee of God Vishnu who strictly observed the Ekadasi fasting which was considered sacred to Lord Vishnu. He accumulated so much merit that the gods became jealous of him. So they decided to test Rugmangada’s devotion. The story shows the great benefits which were promised to devotees of Vishnu who observed the Ekadasi fast.
