Easy to make traditional, spicy fish curry
Two pieces of nongol fish “swimming” in delicious spicy gravy, tempered with coconut milk. It looks and smells so divine that you just want to rush out and get together all the stuff. - Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1⁄2 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1 tsp
- Chopped shallots - 4 tbs
- Sliced onion - 1
- Sliced Tomato - 2
- Salt to taste
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chilli paste - 2 tbs
- Tamarind water - 1 cup (soak 1 tbsp tamarind in a cup of water)
- Coconut milk - 3 cup
- Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
- Coconut oil - 3 tbs
