Sunghursh-1968

Set in Varanasi, the 1968 released Sunghursh is based on a story by Mahasweta Devi, famous Bengali writer. Starring Dilip Kumar, Vyjayanthimala, Balraj Sahni and Sanjeev Kumar, the film was directed by Harnam Singh Rawail.

Music by Naushad, some of the popular songs from the film are “Jab Dil se dil,” “Mere Paas aao” and “Mere pairon mein ghunghroo”.
