Rangin Raaten - 1956

Directed by Kidar Sharma, Rangin Raaten (1956) was an experimental film with Shammi Kapoor, Mala Sinha and Geetha Bali in the main leads.

Earlier, in Bollywood films, there were no female actors and to compensate, men did the characters of women. But in this particular film, Geetha Bali portrayed the role of a man, which was the first time in the history of Bollywood films.

The music of the film was composed by Roshan, grand father of Hrithik Roshan.
