Patna Museum
Patna Museum is the state museum of Bihar state, India. Established in 1917, the building is a unique blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture. The museum houses rare historical artifacts such as a canon from the First World War, Mauryan period and rare terracotta collections.
The items on display include archaeological objects, coins, art objects, paintings, instruments, textiles, paintings, thankas, bronze images and sculptures and terracotta images of Hindu and Buddhist artists. The Didarganj Yakshi is the most prized collection of this museum.
