Archaeological Museum at Nalanda, Bihar
This video features the Archaeological Museum situated opposite the Nalanda University ruins in Bihar, India. It is one of the major attractions in the place. It has a very big and beautiful lush green garden.
This garden makes the museum attractive. The collections in this museum include Buddhist and Hindu bronzes and various statues of Lord Buddha which were obtained from that area.
Also there are collections of copper plates, inscriptions and potteries of 12th century AD found among the ruins.
There is an entry ticket of Rs. 2 to visit this museum and it is open from 10 am to 5 pm every day except Fridays. Lots of tourists visit this museum to have a look at the exhibits inside it.
