Facial using Naalpaamaram paste

Kerala’s beauty treatments are widely known for their use of herbal ingredients. Mainly taken from ancient Ayurvedic texts, these herbal remedies are popular all over India. Featured in this video is a facial using the barks of Naalpaamaram (a combination of four herbs) and rose water. Naalpaamaram can be obtained from all Ayurvedic medical shops.

The barks of Naalpaamaram are taken in equal measures and is powdered and then mixed with rose water to obtain a paste. Apply the paste on the face and neck. After it becomes dry, it can be removed using a clean cloth.
