Situated towards north east of the largest mosque in India, the Jama Masjid, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, is the Palace of Jodha Bai, the queen of Akbar. Jodha Bai’s Palace is the largest and most important of the Imperial Harem (Haram Sara) in Fatehpur Sikri.
The Jodha Bai Palace is a blend of Hindu and Muslim architectural styles with typical columns and cupolas. Built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar, Fatehpur Sikri (the City of Victory) was the capital of the Mughal Empire for several years.
