Ingredients
Take equal measures of winter cherry and liquorice. One may buy purified winter cherry available from Ayurvedic medical shops or else may boil the same in milk. Grind the two into a thick paste with an adequate amount of milk.
Method of application
Rub the paste all over the body. After one hour, wash off with green gram powder and water. Regular application of this paste is excellent for the skin. In a different method, one may add finely grounded winter cherry and liquorice to milk and make a paste of it and later apply it on the body.
