Method of preparation

Take dry ginger, molasses and sesame seeds in the proportion of one: two: four. Finely powder the dried ginger. Roast the sesame seeds and then finely powder after cooling. Mix the two powders together and then after adding the molasses grind in a mortar till they are blended together well.

Dosage

Take one tablespoon of the mixture twice a day.
