Ingredients
Naalpamaradi coconut oil of a good quality is available at reputed Ayurvedic medical shops. As such, it is not necessary to prepare this at home. The Green gram powder may be obtained from shops but it is more advisable to buy some Green gram and powder it at home.
Method of application
Apply a little bit of Naalpamaradi coconut oil on the face. After five minutes, rinse off using Green gram powder. Make sure all traces of the oil have been washed off. Instead of washing off with plain water, you may use water in which Naalpamaram (a combination of herbs available at medical shops) has been boiled and cooled for added benefit.
