Kozhikode beach in twilight charm

Kozhikode beach is situated about one km away from Calicut city. The beach is excellent for sunset watching. Large number of visitors comes here to view the gentle surf embracing the shores in the background of golden twilight.

The Lions Park and Marine Water Aquarium attached are a passion for children who visit the park. This beach has an old fashioned light house and two crumbling piers, each of which was constructed more than a hundred years ago.
